FAQ

Q: How often do you cook?

A: Every week! Typically I’ll take preorders that open on Saturday and run until Wednesday so I know what to make and how much of it! I will update if I have any left overs on this blog as well!

Q: How Long does it take to process an order?

A: Depending on the quantity, and taking into effect that I am only human, if the process starts on Wednesday; I should be done by Saturday at the latest. With on island deliveries usually occurring on Sunday.

Q; How long should a bag of beef jerky last?

A: Honestly, I don’t know. From what customers tell me, a bag usually only survives an hour. Hah. On the real though, I don't use any preservatives or weird chemicals  And the longest documented survival rate was about 4 weeks with no ill effects. The Mylar lined bags, and the silica gel pack are no competition for the human appetite, however. If you are concerned, feel free to toss em in the freezer for later consumption.
